Drink & Draw
Come hang with fellow SD Design People at our monthly, informal get-together. Just bring yourself and anything you’d like to work on. Drinking and/or drawing are NOT required.
Drink & Draw is held every third Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Follow us on socials to stay up-to-date with locations. Regular spots include The Source, Fernson Downtown, and Look’s Marketplace.
Design Talks
Process fuels creative work. At every Design Talk, we hear from designers and industry pros about the work behind the work. These talks are a low-stakes way for designers to practice presenting their work, and a chance for all of us to learn from each other. Attend our next event for a jolt of creative energy, and start thinking about what you might like to present in a future talk!
Field Trips
Design lives everywhere, and nothing makes that clearer than a visit to our friends in print production. See how work makes it out of the computer and into the physical world with field trips to print and finishing vendors. (We’ll probably nerd out about paper. It’s a good time.)
